Thank you for supporting original artwork. Every piece I create is made with care, intention, and the highest-quality materials. Please read the policy below before purchasing to ensure you’re happy and confident with your decision.

Colour Accuracy & Pre-Purchase Support

I do my best to represent the colours of my artworks accurately. However, please note that the colours you see on your screen may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings.

If you’d like a more accurate view of the artwork, I welcome you to request a natural daylight photo. Simply email me at hello@michelesimpsonart.com and I’ll be more than happy to help.

Original Artworks – Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and individual nature of original artwork:

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.
• Artwork damaged in transit is not eligible for return, as it will be covered under shipping insurance.
• All artworks are created using professional-grade materials. However, natural aging may cause slight fading over time, this is a normal process and not considered a fault. No returns will be accepted for aging-related changes.
